“At the 4* Abbey Hotel Roscommon we fully embrace the “fresh from farm to fork” ethos and that extends to our very own organic herb garden situated on our private grounds here at the Abbey… perfect for when Chef Alison needs to forage for a sprig of parsley, sage, thyme or mint for one of her delicious homemade soups or dishes.
Meet our RAI award winning Chefs Mark & Alison at our “embracing local” event on Sunday 20th October from 2-5pm and sample some of the finest in local produce from local artisan food & drink suppliers.”
There will be complimentary face painting for the little ones and mini cookery demonstrations on the day and a food and drink hamper to give away to one lucky person.
